Dolling again

I’ve been MIA from the dolling community (i.e. the making of pixel dolls, read here if you need an explanation) for quite some time now. I tend to do that so it’s nothing unusual. It’s just a bit awkward coming back to the forums again and be all “Hi, remember me? No? Ok then.. *crawls into a dark corner to pout*;) Ok, maybe not exactly like that *lol*

But anyway, now one of those absent periods seem to be over and I’m slowly wiggling my way back into dolling. Instead of working with other people’s bases I’ve been making some of my own – and actually managed to finish them! And now I feel all proud and happy! :D

Magic me

Needed a new DeviantArt ID and decided to sprinkle some magic over myself and Zaphod :P That’s why the ground is that grey green colour, to go well with DA.

    Blonde goth

To the left is my new forum av for Glam! and Linriel, a rose witch with a cyan hat. Very suitable. To the right is just an experiment doll (omg, I made a blonde!) to try out my new base.

I haven’t released any of those bases to the public yet though. I’m still playing around with them, making poses, adjusting stuff and such. But as soon as I feel that they are ready I’ll upload them here for others to use :)

Verkligen jättefina! Jag önskar att jag kunde göra pixelbilder men jag har aldrig ens försökt. Det ser så svårt ut!

The dolls are lovely indeed. You’re very talented in making them, really :) I’ve no talent in pixeling stuff. Haha. Keep up the awesome work!

Found you on the amour site (i guess they’re voting on layouts). I just wanted to stop by and check out your site before I made a choice. I really like yours. It’s very pretty. And I love those dolls. They’re adorable. :D

These are so cute! I love the witchy one of you. It’s adorable. I wish I knew how to do something like that, though it looks like it takes a lot of practice. Glad to see another entry up by you :)

Hey! I remember you! And I DO notice your occasional disappearances, because when you reappear, I’m always, “YAY! She came back!” Why? Because I seriously like looking at your stuff. I saw your rose-bedecked witch on Glam – she’s so pretty and glamorous (and turquoise is one of my favourite colours, so that makes me love her even more!)

I’m also enjoying your photography. Like you, I’m a big time fan of autumn and winter. I have to live vicariously through your photographs because a) it rarely snows where I live (BOO!) and b) the leaves are in fine fall form here, but every time I get a day off, it freakin’ pours rain!

    Anyway, welcome back. :)

    P.S. – I can’t wait to see your bases!
